In the office.

A busy day in the office but went off to the gym.

Had a nice pasta in the evening.

Day 5220 (17/04/2024)

Busy in the office but had some nice sausage rolls a nice lunch. 

Then in the evening made some lovely burritos for a bit of a Mexican evening. 

Day 5219 (16/04/2024)

Another busy day, with a nice brunch.

Then busy during the day, with some nice pasta before being online in the evening.

Day 5218 (15/04/2024)

It was a wet day in Taunton and a busy day in the office.

With a strange but tasty meal in the evening, with mushroom, bacon & cabbage in a sauce, with mash. 

Day 5216 & 5217 (13 & 14/04/2024)

It's the weekend, time to relax a bit and it's not raining, so will be tidying the garden but we started with a lovely brunch.

Then started tidying the garden after the winter, with the grass now being long and full of moss & weeds. 

Quickly looking so much better. 

In the evening I made a risotto, which I had intended to make on Friday night.  I poached some haddock. 

Then made the risotto, with a glass of wine :-)

I did one of my pea risotto's for Thomas. 

Then added the haddock for us risotto, which was really tasty. 

On Sunday I saw my parents, then home to do a bit of work and then make a nice roast beef dinner.

 

Day 5215 (12/04/2024)

Nice to be up to date with my work.  

Went to the gym. 

We had some leftover curry for a late lunch,  which was lovely and better than yesterday but meant we were still to full in the evening for dinner. 

  

Day 5214 (11/04/2024)

Again busy in the office and at the gym.

In the afternoon we had a pasty for, which was nice.

Then in the evening,inspired by seeing James Martin make a curry which I saw on the telly, I made a butter paneer curry in the evening. 

Not perfect but quite a tasty meal.

Another busy day at work and in the gym.

My wife made a lovely ratatouille, inspire by Alison's at the weekend.
